Welcome to Piper Lights!
Here is everything you need to know about visiting our family’s drive-thru only light display.
WHAT: Piper Lights is a local, family-run Christmas light display in Wake Forest, NC. Our mom started with a tiny manger scene 30 years ago and we now feature 7 acres of lights. Our only goal is to spread joy and the Christmas spirit to all. Our home features a free drive-through light display. Due to the pandemic, to keep everyone safe, we will NOT open the candy-store and train this year. This is a drive-thru experience only.
WHERE: Visit our display at 5725 Fixit Shop Road in Wake Forest, NC. We anticipate large crowds so please be patient and be prepared to wait on busy nights. Traffic can be heavy and is one-way.
WHEN: We will open daily starting November 27, 2020 through January 1, 2021. The Christmas lights are on 7 days a week on Sunday-Thursday from 5:30-9pm, Friday and Saturday from 5:30-10:00pm.
COST: Admission is always free, but donations are greatly appreciated. We are not a business but just a family who wants to share the joys of the season with our community. All donations go to light repairs and the electric bill.
EXPERIENCE: Remember, to ensure everyone’s safety, this year we are a drive-thru experience only. Don’t worry you can enjoy all the lights via car! Please do not park or walk thru our displays.
WEATHER: Piper Lights is open most days. If there is rain or snow, we will not be open. Occasionally we may also have to close for 1-2 day after to ensure the ground is safe for visitors. Please ‘like’ our Facebook page for the latest updates.
