Fork Flower Craft

By Nicole Rivas, Macaroni Kid Wallingford Publisher March 17, 2019

Welcome spring with this easy, cute paint craft for your kids to enjoy:

What you need:

  • Large piece of white paper
  • Paint (I suggest green, red, yellow, purple, blue or any other color of flower you like)
  • Forks
  • Paint brush or cotton ball
  • Paper plate

What you do:

  1. Squeeze the paint onto the paper plate, leaving space between the different colors.
  2. Paint grass and stems for the flowers on the paper using a paintbrush or cotton ball.
  3. Select the color for the first flower. Rub a fork in the paint, then put the fork on the paper at the top of the first stem.
  4. Continue this process until you have made a fork flower on top of each stem. Add the sun in the sky and leaves on the stems if you like.
  5. Hang your masterpiece on the wall for your friends and family to enjoy!
